Information Regarding Our Fees and Payment Options:

Our fees reflect the time that the Doctor and Hygienist spend with each patient, as well as the overall quality of the care and service that we provide.  In order to keep those fees at a reasonable level we appreciate payment at the time of service.  We accept payment in the form of cash, check, Master Card, Visa or Discover.

Insurance: 

We accept many insurance plans.  Please keep in mind that insurance benefits are based on a contract between your employer and the insurance company - not our office.  The amount of coverage is determined by the type of plan your employer has purchased for you.  Once we have a copy of your insurance card we will be more than happy to call and verify your coverage.
