We accept many insurance plans. Please keep in mind that insurance benefits are based on a contract between your employer and the insurance company – not our office. The amount of coverage is determined by the type of plan your employer has purchased for you. Once we have a copy of your insurance card we will be more than happy to call and verify your coverage.
